Blogs For Business: How Blogs are Grand Equalizer
Count doesn’t end there, the spider recognize this and make it a point to spider or crawl the blog section on a regular basis, or daily basis.
It may take a spider of search engine up to three months to crawl your site if you directly submit your domain to their database. On the other hand, with a blog, you can write a story about your domain on a blog, attach a link to your domain, and your website can get crawled within a week or so of putting your link on the blog.
Adding Blogs daily should be your goal. If you don’t have time to do daily, you should at worst do it weekly. If you won’t update your blog on a regular basis, the spiders will save their time and resources too by not crawling your blog daily. If however you do update on a daily or near daily, then spiders will also visit your blog with the same zeal you bring to your blog.
Additionally, it sometimes seems like the search engine spiders are giving some addition weight to the results appeared from the blogs. That is because blogs are filled with personal comments and recommendations rather than sales pitches.
